Meet our Creative Director...
Jade has been acting professionally for 16 years, she has toured with Northern Stage Company, Company of Angels and Open Clasp Theatre Company.
TV roles have included Casualty (BBC1),Inspector George Gently (BBC1), The Dumping Ground (CBBC) and Mount Pleasant (Sky Living).

Jade is a published playwright her first play Pricks, was published by Playdead Press. Pricks was an Edinburgh Fringe sellout at Pleasance Courtyard in 2018 and the show repeatedly toured until 2022. Jade has also written the family show Daisy Donald, which toured in Autumn 2024 and is touring again in Spring 2026.

Jade is also the executive producer and co-writer of Pricks short film, which won Best Documentary Film at the Women X Film Festival and was screened at BFI London. It is now available on YouTube.

That's not all Jade does, she is also a children's book author with her book Daisy Donald, she runs Etsy Shop Pricks Products and Blackbird Theatre School a performing arts school in Darlington.
​Most recently Jade has set up the performing arts alternative education provision at Darlington Hippodrome called Key Stage Door.
